4 lbs. hamburger meat
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 6oz. can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes (just for chili)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 15oz. cans whole tomatoes, blended
1 can tomato soup
Chili powder, to taste
Ground Cumin, just a dash
Dick’s SSS, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
(1 can pinto beans – optional)

Brown hamburger meat with onions and bell peppers. Season with Dick’s SSS and salt & pepper, to taste. Drain and rinse. In a large stock pot, or crock pot, combine cooked hamburger and chili powder, to taste. Season again with Dick’s SSS and salt & pepper. Add a dash of ground cumin. Add remaining ingredients and enough water to desired thickness. On the stove top, cook on medium heat for approximately one hour. In crock pot, cook on low overnight.
