¾ tsp. Dick’s Sensational Secret Seasoning Salt
3 tbls. mayonnaise
1 tbls. chopped onion
Mustard, if desired
Paprika
Boil one dozen eggs for 10 minutes. Remove from heat immediately, drain off hot water and cover eggs
with cold water. Peel and slice eggs in half. Remove yolks, place in a bowl and mash. Add ¾ of tsp. of Dick’s Sensational Secret Seasoning Salt, along with 3 tbls. of mayo and 1 tbls of chopped onion. Add mustard if desired. Fill white
halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
