TN Success Shake is a quick, simple, healthy drink choice for busy moms. It helps me round out my daughter’s morning breakfast. My daughter is in camp this summer, with fun activities like kickball, swimming, art classes and more. It is important when I drop her off at camp (or school when in season) that she has a healthy meal that will sustain her until lunch time.
We choose a TN Success Shake and often have it during the morning drive and on the go! I like it because it’s all natural, it has 15 grams of protein and it helps fill her up with good ingredients. Remember, it is also great later in the day, between meals if your child comes home ready to snack after camp or school…shake it up!
Summer Shake
• 3 scoops of vanilla TN Success Shake mix
• 8 oz. water
• ½ cup of ice
• 8 -10 oz. frozen blueberries, strawberries, bananas
