Clean Turkey
Cut Turkey in Strips
Mix one egg & ½ bowl of
milk
Mix flour & Dick’s
Seasoning Salt or use Italian bread crumbs & Dick’s Seasoning Salt
Dip the turkey in egg / milk
mix
Dip the turkey in the flour/
seasoning mix
Fry in a pan of oil until
brown turning once
