1 teaspoon Dick’s Sensational Secret Seasoning Salt
1 ½ tablespoons Course Salt
2 teaspoons coarse fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 5-6 lb. trimmed Brisket
Olive oil
Worchester Sauce
BBQ Sauce
4-24 hours before cooking, mix top 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Brush the brisket with olive oil and rub the spice combination on it.
Lay brisket in a large roaster pan. Cover pan with aluminum foil and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour per pound at 275 degrees. For the last hour, cover with BBQ sauce and bake 1 more hour, covered. Cool before slicing.
