If you're looking for a healthy meal, here’s a light and tasty way to enjoy seafood outdoors on the open grill!

Double Platinum David Hervey sent in this amazing recipe for grilled, marinated swordfish -- and it is yummy! Definitely worth a try for anyone who enjoys seafood.

Ingredients:

•   4 swordfish steaks
•   4 cloves garlic
•   1/3 cup white wine
•   1/4 cup lemon juice
•   2 tablespoons soy sauce
•   2 tablespoons olive oil
•   1 tablespoon Dick’s Seasoning Salt
•   1/8 teaspoon Dick’s Seasoning Salt (instead of salt and pepper - season to taste)
•   1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
•   4 slices lemon for garnish (optional)

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend together.
  2. Place swordfish in a Zip-Lock plastic bag with ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning frequently.
  3. Pre-heat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill swordfish for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.  Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
